Property Management

Director

John is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years commercial property experience having worked at firms including GVA/Avison Young, CBRE, Ryden, in Leeds and Manchester with expertise in property, service charge and asset management.

He has previously worked with property funds, companies and private clients as well as managing investment funds across all asset classes within the commercial and residential property sectors.

Asset Manager

Craig is a chartered surveyor with over 10 years commercial property experience beginning his career at Ryden in their Leeds office in 2010.

He focuses on and oversees the management portfolio, handling any lease renewals and rent reviews. He has previously been involved in agency including lettings, disposals, and acquisitions.

Head of Business Integration

Joe has over 10 years’ experience in the FM sector across both hard and soft services, having mobilised thousands of contracts and procured millions of pounds worth of products and services in his career to date.

At HFS Estates, Joe leads all take-over mobilisation activity to enable our operations teams to operate BAU in line with our agreed SLA’s from day one, working closely with key stakeholders and department heads to ensure a smooth transition and that all aspects of the mobilisation are covered to the required standards.
